Tammy and I have a new weekend ritual. Basically, Tammy goes out Friday night, parties, and leaves her car somewhere and catches a ride home with someone sober. Saturday, whenever I wake up, she takes me to lunch then we go pick up her car. Last week it was in Hermosa Beach, which was a bit of a drive. This time it was in Hollywood, which wasn't so bad.

The 8 Dollar Midnight Snack

I guess not having someone around to check my schedule allows me to keep weird hours. I met Emily H. at some bar called Pineapple Hill (I think) after Adam-and-Erin went to bed. It was okay. I ate popcorn and didn't drink. I was trying to get more sober. After following a VW (and at times an M3) at speeds around 100 MPH* over the hill to the Valley on the 405, sobriety is easy.
