Low Carb Pizza

I've been low carbing for a month and a half now. I started with chicken as my food of choice, then steak, and then hamburger. I'm starting to get burnt out on hamburger, so I decided to give the low carb pizza another shot. Last time, I came up with a few ideas when I searched the 'Net as well as making up a few of my own. None of them were very successful. Until recently...

I took a small glass pan with high walls and made a thin layer of hamburger meat across the bottom and 1/2 an inch up the wall. I baked that for about 10-15 minutes (until the hamburger gets cooked). I pull the hamburger (which shrinks a few inches inward), dump the juice, lay down some low carb pizza sauce, a layer of mozzarella cheese, a layer of pepperoni, another layer of cheese, and a layer of mushrooms. I bake that until the cheese starts to brown on the top. Yum.
