Well, I thought iPod had a cool new boot status bar. Nope. It was just the software update installer. Suck!
What iPod Updater 2005-02-22 does is add a Music entry to the front menu. This replaces the Browse
menu with browse+playlists, which means you can pull playlists off the main menu. It also adds Shuffle Songs
to the front menu. Shuffle songs runs a iPod Shuffle like feature, allowing you to randomly play your entire library (from what I can tell). And the font looks different. Can't tell for sure. And I never saw the game Parachutes before.
As far as I can guess, nothing big has changed.
